Biography

I am a partner at Hale Skemp, a respected law firm located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. My practice is centered around estate planning and administration, where I guide clients through personalized planning for their future.

People often think of attorneys after a crisis, but what I like most about my work is that I help clients prevent family disputes and make gifts of a lifetime.

In my role, I create tailored estate plans using wills, trusts, and other legal instruments that enable clients to manage their healthcare, finances, caregiving decisions, and legacy—both during their lifetime and after death or disability. My aim is to provide clarity and peace of mind as clients navigate life’s most personal transitions.

When I'm not practicing law, I enjoy gardening with my backyard chickens and spending quality time with my nieces. I am also an avid traveler; my adventures have included swimming with beluga whales in the Arctic Circle and camping in the Amazon rainforest in Brazil.
