Respected, skilled, great communication, an attorney you can really trust to be your advocate Having Sam Kaufman represent me was the best decision I could have made. This was by far the least stressful legal interaction I have ever had. Sam is a genuinely good person who wants to help and embraces his role as an advocate for people who don’t know anything about the court system and its complicated rules and procedures. He explains everything in language you can understand and communicates regularly. When I had to make decisions, Sam clearly laid out the options, the pros and cons of each choice, and what the possible outcomes might look like. Not only did he win my case, but he was able to do it without me having to testify or go to court. He’s great a negotiating before the actual hearings and clearly has good professional relationships with the “other side” as well as the judges and their staff. He’s well-liked and respected, even by the “other side” and that makes a huge difference in his ability to work out a solution that everyone finds agreeable. I am so impressed with this experience and though I hope to not need his services again, I’m glad I have someone to call.
