Samuel Mass is an associate in the Firm's litigation department, and is located at the Firm;s downtown Chicago office. Mr. Mass handles matters regarding violations of both the automatic stay (11 U.S.C. S362) and the discharge injunction (11 U.S.C.S524).
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Mass graduated from the Michigan State University College of Law, where he served as Executive Director of the Moot Court & Trial Advocacy Board, as a staff member of the Journal of Business & Securities Law, as Editor-in-Chief of Res Ipsa Loquitur, and as a committee chair for the Student Bar Association.
While attending the MSU College of law, Mr. Mass was an extern for the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office in Detroit Michigan. In addition, Mr. Mass was not only an intern for Norman Yatooma & Associates, but was also a intern for Chief Justice Marilyn Kelly of the Michigan Supreme Court.
