Samantha ("Sam") is an Attorney at Bogle Law with a strong background in family law and a reputation for delivering results with speed, precision, and professionalism. She joined the firm in 2019 as a legal assistant and quickly advanced to Senior Paralegal before earning her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude. This academic distinction reflects her exceptional work ethic, legal aptitude, and commitment to excellence—qualities she brings to every case she handles.
Sam’s legal experience spans a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and nuptial agreements. Her years of hands-on involvement in case preparation, legal research, and client advocacy have shaped her into a strategic, client-focused attorney who understands how to move cases forward efficiently while protecting her clients’ interests.
Known for her ability to stay focused and responsive in high-stress situations, Sam is especially skilled at managing complex cases with agility, ensuring her clients receive timely results without compromising quality.
In addition to her J.D., Sam holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Safety Administration from Florida Southwestern State College and earned her Florida Registered Paralegal Certification from The Florida Bar before transitioning into the attorney role. Her unique journey from legal assistant to attorney within the same firm gives her a grounded, comprehensive perspective on the client experience and the full legal process.
Outside the office, Sam is a competitive pool player who enjoys the strategic thinking and discipline the game requires, mirroring the thoughtful approach she brings to legal practice.
