Ryan Eugene Dirks
Ryan has been involved in real estate in various capacities for nearly 20 years. In addition to being a practicing attorney, Ryan has real world insight into real estate investment, valuation, and management. He has an extensive real estate background with prior experience in residential and commercial sales, land development, property rehabilitation, and large scale commercial property management. He has managed properties ranging from mobile homes to regional shopping centers and understands the issues landlords and tenants face. He is also a licensed Florida real estate broker.
Through his experiences as a real estate professional, Ryan found his love for the law. In 2008, he left a successful career as a real estate asset manager and began pursuing the study of law full time. Being a Nebraska native and having received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, Ryan chose to begin his legal education at the University of Nebraska, College of Law, a top tier law school. While Attending UNL Law, Ryan focused his legal education on real estate transactions, negotiations, business entities, and wills and trusts.
Following graduation from the University of Nebraska School of Law, Ryan moved to Florida, joined the Florida Bar, and began practicing in the area of real estate law. In 2014 Ryan attended, and graduated from, “The Robert Traurig-Greenberg Traurig LL.M” in the Real Property Development Program through the University of Miami School of Law. Earning him a Masters of Law. Ryan specializes in complex litigation. His cases included HOA/Condo Association disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, homestead and annuity exemption disputes, insurance settlement disputes, private mortgage foreclosures and foreclosure defense.
