A Master of His Craft I was severely injured while riding my bike on the bike lane by a vehicle on the road. Russell A. Cohen is a well respected attorney representing clients in personal injury and accident cases. Cohen’s expansive legal background has earned him a place among the “Who’s Who” of South Florida lawyers.

Cohen managed his own law practice and worked at a statewide civil litigation firm, primarily handling cases relating to personal injury, professional liability and commercial litigation. He also served as a Miami-Dade County Assistant State Attorney for three years, wherein he prosecuted thousands of criminal cases, with offenses ranging from minor misdemeanors to felonies punishable by life in prison.

A Miami native, Cohen graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he distinguished himself as a member of the Moot Court Board, a Dean’s List recipient, and a legal research and writing advisor. He also graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a bachelor of science degree in business administration, as well as a concentration in finance. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and the United States District Court (Southern District of Florida).
