Rosemary Zook

Rosemary was born and raised in Ontario, Canada and received her undergraduate degree in English at Nipissing University. She moved to the United States to attend law school at Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts, and then made her permanent home in Oregon in 2008.
Rosemary began helping consumer debtors while in law school. She worked for a debtor’s attorney and Chapter 7 Trustee until graduation. Upon graduation and admittance to the Oregon State Bar, she began representing debtors in bankruptcy court; her practice has been dedicated to representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases from the outset. She has helped thousands of clients obtain the fresh start that bankruptcy affords.
Rosemary recently joined Hackett Law Firm to continue her pursuit of assisting people in attaining debt relief. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Debtor-Creditor Section of the Oregon State Bar, and is an editor and contributor for the Debtor-Creditor Section Newsletter.
