Professional Experience

: Current; Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Ms. Dodek was a partner at the Boston law firm of Hale and Dorr where she represented clients in connection with the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of properties throughout New England. She then served as associate general counsel at Boston University from 1992-1997. Ms. Dodek represented the university with respect to commercial real estate, environmental and land use, and general corporate matters, with the majority of her attention focused on the development of several university real estate projects, including the School of Management and the Center for Advanced Biomedical Research, as well as the potential development of the Allston Landing site.
