Roger Zhang
Roger brings extensive experience and genuine passion to his practice, focusing on various aspects of workplace issues, including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, workplace bullying and harassment, human rights issues and privacy issues. As a dual qualified civil litigation lawyer licensed in both Alberta and B.C., Roger specializes in employment and labour law, human rights law and workplace privacy matters. He is fluent, and able to provide legal services, in Chinese Mandarin.
Roger obtained his law degree from the University of Calgary. Before founding TZ Law, Roger gained experience at a boutique employment firm in Calgary, a leading mid-size full-service firm in Calgary, and a largest national plaintiff-side employment litigation firm in Canada. Additionally, he has valuable experience in complex litigation from his time at a reputable global firm.

At the core of his work is the pursuit of justice and meaningful resolutions in workplace disputes.
