Owner: Veal Intellectual Property; 2013 - Current; Operating as a boutique Intellectual Property firm serving client's needs in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters.

Partner: Smith, Gambrell and Russell; 2002 - 2013; Served as Head of the IP Department from 2006 to 2009. Equity partner and one of the senior IP partners in the firm.

Partner: Burr & Forman; 2000 - 2002; Served as the head of the Intellectual Property Group and senior IP partner for the firm.

Associate/ Partner: Jennings, Carter & Thompson; 1984 - 2000; Associate attorney in an Intellectual Property Boutique, succeeded former partners into sole proprietorship of the firm.
