: Current; Activities: Mr. Richardson is a member of the State Bar of Texas and its Bankruptcy Law Committee, Bar of the District of Columbia (inactive), and Dallas Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and its Chapter 11 and Unsecured Creditors Committees, and the Insolvent Insurance Company subcommittee. Mr. Richardson is a former chairman of the FDIC/RTC Committee of the ABI and former president of the Houston Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Additionally, he is a former member of the National Council of the Federal Bar Association. He is a Master in the John C. Ford American Inn of Court.
