Robert A. Harris IV

I formed Harris Law Firm PLLC in July of 2012 to leverage my 20+ years of law firm experience and provide high quality legal services in a cost-effective manner. By being extremely responsive to clients' needs, and by eliminating the overhead associated with larger law firms, I am able to deliver superior results to clients on a timely and cost-effective basis.

My office is located in the Friendship Heights section of Washington, DC, but my regular practice also includes clients in Virginia and Maryland. My transactional practice involves clients throughout the United States.

I represent a diverse set of clients, but my practice is focused primarily on matters involving commercial real estate (office and retail leasing - representing both landlords and tenants, acquisitions/dispositions, development and finance); residential real estate (land acquisition, homebuilder operations and M&A); general business advice and business transactions.
