Truth be told Richard Kraslow’s services in my case only made matters worse. His goal was never to resolve the issue, but only drag and complicate the issue while billing me for hours of proven to be bogus. Better yet, after I fired him he took me to court and sued me for these bogus charges! His lack of professionalism and ill-mannered demeanor speaks volumes. His reputation proceeds him as I am reading his reviews I know I am not alone. I was recommended him by a family friend as a favor because he needed business.
