    I charge a percentage of whatever I recover on your behalf by way of settlement or judgment. Until then, you never pay anything. The percentage depends on the how far we take the dispute: 33.33% before filing a lawsuit, 40% after filing a lawsuit, and, 45% after an appeal.
  • Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
    You never pay anything out of pocket. I front your costs and then get reimbursed out of the net recovery after attorney's fees are subtracted from gross recovery.
