- Activities: Ms. Bergmann is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation, Women Advocate, and Franchising Sections), Pennsylvania Bar Associations and New York. She was appointed to the Commission on Women in the Profession of the Pennsylvania Bar Association in 2000 ("Commission"), and she served as Co-Chair of the Communications Committee for the 2005-2006; and 2006-2007 terms. She was also appointed Co-Editor of the Commission's Newsletter, Voices & Views and served for two terms (2005-2006; 2007-2008). Ms. Bergmann served on the PBA Commission Executive Council from 2004-2008. She served as the Treasurer of Commission for two terms (2005-2006; 2007-2008). Ms. Bergmann is presently a member of The National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) and serves on the Programming Committee.
