Paternity
Alimony/Spousal Support
Military Retirement Division/QDRO's
Multi-State Situations
Determining child custody and support in a divorce are some of the most difficult decisions a parent can make. Raymond educates clients on factors used in determining custody, establishing visitation and parenting plans, how support amounts are calculated, and adjustments to custody arrangements or support amounts as lives change.
In a divorce or child custody or support case--where one of the marital partners, or former partners, is serving, or has served, in the armed forces--special rules may apply as to where a petition or cause of action should be filed, and how military retirement is to be allocated. It is also important to know your rights under military law regarding entitlements and health benefits, and military retirement and pension benefits. Whether it be the Air Force or any other branch such as the Army, Navy, or Marine Corps, Raymond can help sort through the maze of federal government regulations to get you the best results. With Raymond's experience in military laws and regulations, he will find an efficient, economical solution to your family law problems. Raymond welcomes military clients and offers a 10% discount to military members.
