Randy Henrick
I am a seasoned lawyer in the realm of consumer financial services and privacy, with a focus on auto financing. My career spans over 40 years, during which I have gained a deep understanding of federal laws and regulations including Truth in Lending, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and federal consumer regulations such as Regulations B, M, P, V, and Z. My knowledge also extends to state laws related to consumer credit and auto finance. I have also handled data breaches involving wrongful access to non-public personal information of consumers and the subsequent legal and notification obligations for affected companies.
I am admitted to the bar in New York. My professional journey includes significant roles at General Electric Company, Citibank, MasterCard International, Fleet Boston, and Dealertrack, Inc. In 2016, I established my own practice in New York. I also deal with contracts, litigation, and general corporate matters. I am not admitted to the bar in Delaware.
