Summary

As a corporate & intellectual property attorney, I help businesses build, grow, and protect their brand and assets. Prior to law school, I worked at a Fortune 500 company as a financial analyst and then moved into risk management. I then decided to pursue my JD/MBA as a CLEO fellow of the Indiana Supreme Court. After my first year in law school, I worked as a summer associate in the Office of General Counsel at Duke Energy in Indianapolis. During my second year, I interned at the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Affairs in Chicago. That summer I worked as an intern at the United States Attorneys Office, Tax Division in San Francisco. And finally, in my last year of law school, I externed for United States District Court Federal Magistrate Judge Christopher Nuechterlein. Today, I draw on that 15 years of combined business and legal experience in counseling my clients. While I don't focus on a particular industry, I find that most of my clients consist of mobile, gaming, VR, medical, social, analytics and web development companies. Visit me at zadolaw.com to learn more about how I can help your business.

Fellowship
Indiana Supreme Court Conference for Legal Education Opportunity (CLEO)
The Indiana Conference for Legal Education Opportunity (ICLEO) was established at the urging of former Chief Justice Randall T. Shepard by the Indiana General Assembly. In 1997, Governor Frank O’Bannon signed the law giving funding to ICLEO (check out the Indiana Code to read the law). ICLEO’s purpose then and now is to help college students in need pursue a law degree in Indiana. The ICLEO Summer Institute is held annually to introduce new ICLEO Fellows to the program. The first Summer Institute was held in the summer of 1997 at Indiana University’s Bloomington Law School. In 1997, 30 students enrolled in the first ICLEO Summer Institute and 25 students went on to graduate from law school, representing all of Indiana’s law schools. Since 1997, 500 students have successfully completed the Summer Institute and over 350 have graduated from law school.
