- Activities: Ambassador Prosper remains engaged in foreign affairs and security matters. In February 2007, he was appointed to the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination in Geneva, Switzerland, which monitors compliance by State parties to the Convention. In April 2007 he led on behalf of the International Republican Institute, a 59 person international election observation mission to Nigeria to observe the presidential and National Assembly elections. In 2006 he was a candidate for attorney general for the State of California. He has been a speaker for numerous organizations and universities. In addition, he is an ambassador-in residence at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law.
