Phillip Younglove
Younglove Law Group Personal Injury & Accident Attorneys
Insurance companies reduce injured people to a claim number because it dehumanizes them. Phil set out to build a different kind of law firm because he realized many law firms do the same to their clients by treating them like numbers instead of people.
Personal injury is not just a job to him. It is a public service he and his team enjoy. Phil’s clients know they have an aggressive advocate on their side who is willing to do what it takes to get them what they deserve.
As a fifth-generation Californian, Phil has deep ties to the state. He went to 2 of the most prestigious universities in California, graduating from UCLA with a degree in History. He then obtained his JD from USC Law where he was Senior Content Editor for the Review of Law and Social Justice.
Prior to founding Younglove Law Group Personal Injury & Accident Attorneys, Phil was a senior attorney at one of the largest personal injury firms in California where he was a mentor to many attorneys and went the extra mile for his clients. He has a reputation for being an aggressive, crafty attorney and a problem solver. He makes insurance companies treat his clients fairly, excelling in “bad faith” claims that most firms consider too complex. These claims often result in his clients obtaining far larger settlements.
Phil is an auto and motorcycle enthusiast who loves his Corvette and enjoys riding motorcycles. In fact, the color scheme for Younglove Law Group was drawn from the international racing color of the United Kingdom, British Racing Green. His experience on motorcycles gives him rare insight as an attorney representing injured motorcyclists. These claims often involve severe injuries, and Phil’s experience on his bike helps him to more effectively advocate for his motorcyclist clients.
