Perry Douglas West

Mr. West practices in the areas of business and corporate law including business formation, structure and opportunity development planning and real estate. He has extensive experience in representing businesses and families in dealing with the creation and protection of their businesses and assets including intellectual property.

Mr. West has represented a broad range of companies and partnerships in formation and securities matters, both private and public including both stock and debt transactions. He has represented companies and their owners from initial startup situations through mergers and business sale and or break up and dissolution.

Mr. West has had extensive legal and business experience, serving as an officer and director and counsel of both private and public listed companies in a broad range of industries.

As counsel, Mr. West has provided estate planning services to families including wills, trusts and advanced planning documentation as well as providing representation in Estate and Guardianship litigation.

Mr. West is a life long resident of Brevard County, Florida and has participated in various community activities including the Central Brevard Chapter of the American Cancer Society, Junior Achievement, the Rossetter House Foundation, the Florida Historical Society as well as other community activities. Mr. West served as an officer with the United States Army Security Agency. His interests include sailing, golf and tennis. He has been a member of the Porsche Club of America since 1971.
