The Reasons Do Matter! In 2007, my children were kidnapped, and I had felt defeated, because when they were returned to me, the police department where I live, decided that they needed to place my kids in foster care because I was not fit as a parent, allowing them to leave with their joint custodial father, who, at the time he married my mother. No one could possibly imagine how I felt at that time. Not only had a lost my husband, and my mother, but now I have lost both of my children. At that time Patrick Ferris was not a juvenile lawyer however he heard my story, took time to listen to my story, and took my case for me, for no money at all. That is correct; he did not charge me a dime to handle a case that was not even within the realm of his specialities. In the court of law, the reasons don’t matter. In the court of law, you did the crime or you didn’t however, in this case, he listened to my story. The court felt like I was negligent as a parent for letting my children go with him and my mother however, I had no choice if he had joint custody. However, Patrick Ferris heard my case and to him, the reasons did matter. Within a few days, my children were returned to me. I’ve taken some time to write this review because this is the first place I stumbled upon to be able to do this however, I will be forever grateful to Patrick Ferris for what he did for me and my family. In my eyes, there is no better attorney.
