- Patricia has served as lead trial counsel in numerous patent cases including MediaTek v. Sanyo Electric Co., Civil Action No. 6:05 CV 323 (LED) (E.D. Sanyo Electric Co., Civil Action No. 00-018 GMS (D. Del.); Applied Materials v. Plasma Physics et al., Civil Action No. 00-2199 (E.D.N.Y.); Plasma Physics Corporation et al. v. Conn. 1990). She has also served as trial counsel in numerous patent cases including Polaroid Corp. v. Eastman Kodak Co., 16 USPQ2d 1481 (D. Mass. 1990) (damages), 641 F.Supp. 828 (D. Mass. 1985), affirmed 789 F.2d 1556 (Fed. Cir. 1986) (liability); Scripto-Tokai Corp. v. Gillette Co., 1994 Trade Case 70,821 (C.D. Cal. 1994), 788 F. Supp. 439 (C.D. Cal. 1992); Motorola v. Rockwell, No. 95-575-SLR (D. Del.); Motorola v. U.S. Robotics, No. 97-10339 (D. Mass). In addition, she has served as trial counsel in trademark and copyright cases including NBA v. Motorola, 105 F.3rd 841 (2d Cir. 1997); Pignons S.A. de Mechanique v. Polaroid Corp., 657 F.2d 482 (1 Cir. 1981). Patricia has been lead negotiator for major patent licensing programs in technologies including semiconductor manufacturing, flat panel displays and telecommunications and has closed more than forty license agreements. Representative clients in the United States, Japan and Europe include Aisin AW, British Telecommunications, Casio Computer,Plasma Physics, Sanyo Electric, and Solar Physics.
