Biography

Nicole Maguire concentrates her practice in the area of litigation.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Pace University School of Law, White Plains, NY, where she was on the Real Estate Legal Case Study Project and was an active member of the Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Society. Before joining Lindabury, Nicole was a Judicial Law Clerk with the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County, Family Division. During her clerkship Nicole drafted bench memoranda, opinions, and judicial orders. Nicole also coordinated mediation sessions and settlement conferences between adverse parties in the Union County Special Civil Part.

Throughout her early professional career, and as a student at Pace Law School, Nicole had the opportunity to engage in a broad range of legal practice areas. For instance, during her employment with HEINEKEN USA, she reviewed and drafted lease sponsorship and various other agreements under the direction of the in-house legal department. As a law clerk at Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, PC, Nicole had the opportunity to work in several areas of law, including: creditors’ rights; business law; family law; trusts and estates; insurance law; litigation; and real estate. All of these experiences have sharpened her communication skills and have given her an open-minded and improvisational approach to legal strategy.

Nicole currently sits on the Board of Directors of Bloom Again Foundation in addition to being an active member of Lindabury’s Women’s Business Initiative program.
