Nicholas Boca

Nicholas Boca is a State Bar of Arizona Board-Certified Family Law Specialist who represents clients through some of the most difficult transitions of their lives. Known for his steady courtroom presence and practical approach, Nicholas uses his trial experience to resolve complex family disputes, often getting the best results at the negotiating table before a case ever hits a courtroom.

A lifelong Phoenix resident, Nicholas started his legal career with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office representing the Department of Child Safety. That early work put him in the courtroom daily, giving him years of trial and mediation experience across hundreds of juvenile court cases.

Nicholas handles all aspects of family law, including divorce, legal separation, prenuptial agreements, custody and parenting time, spousal maintenance, and post-decree enforcement. Much of his practice centers on high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and professional athletes with complex financial or privacy concerns. He brings a detailed eye to untangling commingled assets, valuing closely held businesses, and protecting high-value estates. When a case requires specialized insight, he works closely with leading outside experts, including forensic accountants, child psychologists, and fraud examiners.

Nicholas frequently teaches Continuing Legal Education courses for the State Bar of Arizona and the Maricopa County Bar Association. He is also a former board member for Skate After School, a local non-profit supporting underserved youth. Outside the law, Nicholas spends his time with his wife and two kids, and has been playing guitar and drums in local Phoenix bands for over two decades.
