Would not recommend
Professionally speaking, we would not recommend this attorney. The attorney was paid $5000 and never showed us anything that she had started. Nothing was applied for my husband when we asked for adjustment of status by marriage. We continued to try to
contact the attorney since we had paid her and rarely ever received a respond back. We feel as if she knew my husband was being deported due to him being from Venezuela and felt like the money was just taken from us. When we asked about the case, she instead to continue to ask for more money. She never had nothing to show for the work she "HAD SAID SHE STARTED"
We asked for the money back to try and get another attorney but she refused. This is just our personal review about this attorney and would definitely not recommend her.
Profesionalmente hablando, no recomendaríamos a esta abogada. Le pagaron $5000 y nunca nos mostró nada de lo que había comenzado. No se aplicó nada para mi esposo cuando solicitamos el ajuste de estatus por matrimonio. Seguimos intentando contactarla, ya que le habíamos pagado, y casi nunca recibimos respuesta. Sentimos que sabía que mi esposo estaba siendo deportado por ser venezolano y que simplemente nos habían quitado el dinero. Cuando le preguntamos sobre el caso, en lugar de eso, siguió pidiendo más dinero. Nunca tuvo nada que mostrar por el trabajo que "DIJO QUE HABÍA COMENZADO". Solicitamos la devolución del dinero para intentar conseguir otro abogado, pero se negó. Esta es solo nuestra opinión personal sobre esta abogada y definitivamente no la recomendaríamos.
