Mr. Edward Xavier Junia

In addition to having been licensed to practice law in Utah, Ohio and Michigan and before federal district and appellate courts he has held designations as a professional engineer, a certified safety professional, a risk manager as well as others. He has practiced EHS&S law with a large regional law firm in Ohio, has held various executive EHS&S positions with NYSE, NASDAQ and international corporations. He has been lead counsel on a number of Superfund sites and represented various businesses in air permitting matters, enforcement cases, and has extensive experience in hazardous waste management. He has been a registered lobbyist, chaired a national environmental business trade association, served on the Board of a large environmental business and been president of $75 million environmental services business and established the EHS&S programs for several major corporations. He brings a diverse and extensive background in EHS&S law, programs and business to serve clients for which he consults.
