Avoid Michael Orsak at all Costs I highly recommend you do not engage Michael Orsak as your attorney. I engaged him, and I regret it. I believe he overfills significantly for the work that he performs, and he does not have the skills required to be an effective counsel in this era. By his own admission, he does not know how to use a computer. So he is completely unable to do online research. Expect to pay high rates so he can drive to a law library and do his research there instead of through 21st century web-based means. Very disappointed in his service.
