Exemplary cases include: Trevor Blumenau v. Avid Technology, Inc., 06-CV-01484-N (N.D. Tex.); Merit Industries, Inc. v. JVL Corporation, 03-CV-01618-TJS (E.D. Pa.); Analog Devices, Inc. v. Linear Technology Corporation, 00-CV-10841-EFH (D. Mass.); and VLT, Inc. v. Lucent Technologies, Inc., 00-CV-11049-PBS (D. Mass.).
