Melody Miller Fox

Melody M. Fox is a dedicated personal injury attorney who has spent her entire career advocating for individuals injured due to someone else’s negligence. Over the years, she has secured millions of dollars in recoveries for her clients.

Melody’s commitment to helping others began early in life and guided her educational journey. She earned a degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from the University of Washington in Seattle. She then pursued her Juris Doctor at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she honed her skills as a member of the Negotiations Team and was recognized with the 2012 Chief Justice Leah Ward Sears Pro Bono Award for her exceptional dedication to pro bono service. During this time, she primarily assisted domestic violence victims in obtaining Temporary Protective Orders in Fulton County, Georgia.

Melody developed her trial expertise as a lead trial lawyer at one of metro Atlanta’s largest criminal defense firms, where she represented clients who could not afford legal counsel. Her experience fighting for justice under challenging circumstances shaped her resolve to always advocate for what is right.

After working at one of Georgia’s largest personal injury firms, Melody realized she could provide a more personalized and client-focused approach with a smaller firm. This vision led her to create a boutique experience for her clients, focusing on individualized care and tailored advocacy. She remains steadfast in representing her clients’ best interests and is licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Melody resides in Decatur with her husband and law partner, Chris, and their two young children. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
