Incompetent and dishonest
Ms Keefe represents everything you DO NOT WANT IN YOUR ATTORNEY. She is very incompetent and dishonest. If she had the goal of intentionally sabotaging my case, she would not have been able to do a better job. I know not everyone is capable of becoming
a good or even just a competent attorney but there is no excuse for not being a decent human being. Ms Keefe failed there, too. When confronted with the numerous mistakes made, a decent person admits them and tries to make it right. Ms. Keefe decided to blame everybody else, but herself: the judge was a friend of the opposing counsel; the opposing counsel played dirty; the opposing party was dishonest. These excuses do not explain her mistakes or her coming unprepared to the mediation and the final hearing. After promising to get back to me with answers why she failed me, now she ignores my attempts to get in touch with her. Having wasted tens of thousands of dollars, I am not able to communicate with her or get back my file.
