Biography
Prior to starting my own practice, I served as a deputy prosecutor in Indianapolis in Noblesville. I spent time as a Homicide Prosecutor and a Division Chief. I have tried numerous jury trials with a very high success rate. I practice on behalf of clients in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury as well as other areas of litigation. I am a experienced and well polished trial lawyer. I enjoy helping my clients through their legal issues and help them reach a positive outcome.

- Q. My ex monitors ALL convos between child/me & used transcribed recording as evidence, lying about origin. What can I do?
- A: In Indiana only one side of a call must consent to it being recorded.
- Q. Does it make a difference in a possession of a syringe charge, if it’s an new, unused syringe??
- A: It may, an unused one would not necessarily be indicative of illegal use whereas a used needle with heroin in it would be different for example.
- Q. When does statute of limitations no longer apply: arrest warrant, indictment, or conviction? What happens if it changes?
- A: Typically statute of limitations is tolled or paused at the time charges are filed.
