I am deeply passionate about sustainability and the environment, and have been widely recognized for my influence and leadership in this area. As the head of our firm’s Environmental and Sustainability Law practice, I represent a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to individual homeowners, providing them with practical and common-sense environmental counsel across the full spectrum of environmental matters.
I am a sought-after thought leader on sustainability and the environment. My presentations and written contributions have reached audiences at Waste Dive, Waste360, BioCycle, NJBiz, Rutgers University, the Montclair State University Institute for Sustainability Studies, the Fordham University School of Law, and more.
In addition to my professional work, I am actively involved in industry groups related to sustainability and the environment. I serve as a board member for both the Mid-Atlantic Solar & Storage Industries Association and the NJ Composting Council.
I also dedicate time to critical environmental causes through pro bono legal services and strive to inspire other lawyers to develop a climate-friendly legal practice through my newsletter, the planetary lawyer project.
