Matthew C. Shapiro is a seasoned attorney concentrating in wills, trusts, estates, and civil litigation. He has resolved complex probate disputes such as will contests, capacity challenges, breaches of fiduciary duty, conflicts between surviving spouses and children from previous marriages, elective share calculations, homestead rights, fee disputes, and beneficiary rights.

A lifelong resident of Volusia County, born and raised in Ormond Beach, Mr. Shapiro is a dedicated community member.
