- Activities: Ms. Flynn-DuPart is a Board Member of the Gulf Coast Mental Health Mental Retardation Services. She was appointed by Brazoria County Commissioners Court in 1990. She is also Board Chair of the Texas Counsel Risk Management Fund. The fund is a self-insurance pool formed by Texas community mental health mental retardation centers. (Community MHMR Centers).
