Atty Mary Ann Juco Legal Services Atty mary ann juco was so welcoming, from the moment i ask for advice about legal remedies for my daughter's custody case since the mother of my daughter deprived me for a year cant remember. i always asked atty juco for advices on how to resolved things. atty juco always tell me to be patient and be more cautious about words that i will say or message because it can be used against me. She is like a mother to me not only my adivisor or legal counsel. when the trial begins i was scared since its was the first time i was in court but also relieved that atty juco is there beside me . at the end the casemy ex wife asked to settle it. atty juco prepared everything. we have a CA. she always advise me always think of my daughter not to be selfish because my ex wife is always the and forver the mother of my daughter. thats why im so thankful that i asked for her legal services and advices. after the custody case my ex wife files a "psychological abused" against me but we prove in the prosecutor that i didnt even said a single bad word to my ex wife. but it the opposite my ex wife was the abusive. i feel so depressed since my ex wife wont stop bothering me and wants me to be jailed so i cant be with my daughter. i asked atty juco to be my legal counsel again on the 2nd time. We prove that im innocent on the psychological abuse case that my ex wife accused me of and now me and my daughter is living happily ever after even though we have limited time. but it was all worth it. im so thankful for atty juco for defending me and advices.

Integrity , strategy , honesty , well connected = results ! Mary Ann and her team assisted me in a very complex custody case in which my wife , a Filipino refused me access to our Daughter living in the Philippines . I travelled there after a few excellent video calls with Mary Ann and provided all the evidence to Mary Ann and she filed multiple cases against my wife who after 1 year was obliged to give me custody of our Daughter who now lives with me in the EU and is such a happy child . I cannot recommend Mary Ann and her team highly enough . Forever grateful !

Biography

Mary Ann T. Juco is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in good standing. She obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from De La Salle University in 1998 and my Bachelor of Laws degree from the Law School of San Sebastian College in 2005. She subsequently served in various capacities in Philippine courts: Court Researcher at the Metropolitan Trial Court of Quezon City, Court Attorney at the Court of Tax Appeals, and Senior Court Attorney at the Philippine Court of Appeals. I have had extensive exposure to cases involving family law matters and concerns in those capacities. I am currently the Managing Partner of the Juco Law Firm.
