I have extensive trial and litigation experience before state courts, administrative tribunals and federal courts in the areas of business and commercial disputes and claims under various federal laws. I have tried significant damage cases and represented parties through all phases of litigation through trial and appeal.

My primary practice areas are focused on business and commercial litigation representing parties in disputes involving breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, business divorce, foreclosure of liens and other complex business and commercial litigation. I do not practice transactional business law - my only focus is litigation of business and commercial lawsuits.

I offer creative fee arrangements depending on the case and its posture (i.e. if a lawsuit has already been filed or if you're in the process of just figuring out your options going forward). I limit the number of cases I take and focus on pushing them to a resolution through settlement or trial. I have a small firm and my goal is to deliver results with a client-focused approach.

  My fee arrangements depend on the case. I offer a reduced hourly fee plus a contingency upon settlement or judgment for select business and commercial cases. My fee arrangement range from $230-$350/per hour depending on the case.
