Marlen Pelinku

Marlen Pelinku was born in Shkodra, Albania on 21.12.1990. After graduating from the gymnasium in Shkodra, specifically in the General Gymnasium "Kole Idromeno" with high results, he began his higher studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Shkodra "Luigj Gurakuqi" studying first in the Bachelor program in Law and then in the Master of Science specializing in "Private and Business Law". The theses of the respective studies have been focused on real property law, where specifically the study thesis Bachelor focuses on the protection of property rights in the Republic of Albania (Legal instruments for the protection of property) while the thesis of the Master of Science is focused on real property rights and all related procedures in the Union European (Real property rights and related procedures in the European Union). He completed his Bachelor studies in October 2012 while his Master studies in July 2017. He is also the author of several academic articles in the field of constitutional law; Roman law, civil procedural law, commercial law, civil law, European private and public law, and political systems. After graduating in the studies of the Master of Science from the University "Luigj Gurakuqi", so after July 2017, he started his studies in the Initial Training at the Albanian Attorneys School in Tirana, Albania .After completing professional studies at this school during the years 2019-2020, he is certified with the professional title "Lawyer/Attorney at Law ", successfully passing the exam (by the first attempt) organized by the Albanian Bar Association. Since November 2020 he is a member of the Albanian Bar Association and the Local Bar Association of the city of Shkodra, successfully practicing this profession.
