Mark was helpful and understanding. I highly recommend Mark Ricciardi. He was very helpful as he represented me in the sale of my childhood home. He returned phone calls and emails promptly. The entire process took several months as we needed to get tenants out, since the buyer needed the house vacant. Mark was helpful throughout and provided me feedback when different issues arose. He didn’t treat this as another real estate transaction and understood that this was a difficult sale knowing that this was part of the family for over 50 years and mentioned that he too went through a similar process a few years prior. Would definitely recommend Mark as your attorney.
