Mark and I worked cases together. He was an associate with me and assisted me in all aspects of case preparation. First, he acted as my assistant, and over the years he became my equal and we worked cases together.

Yes

Mark was always prepared and is a superb negotiator. He has a vast amount of experience and understand fully how to deal with both his adversaries and the judges he appears in front of.

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

Mark is versed in all areas of negligence practice. After 35 years, there's no type oof negligence case that he hasn't handled in the past and cannot handle in the future.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Most important, Mark understands the needs of his client. He knows most cases should be settled at the right figure, without compromising his client's rights. He uses mediation and arbitration very effectively and if unsuccessful there, then preps the case for trial knowing that sometimes it takes the presence of a jury to force an insurance company to settle.

Communication Skills: Excellent

As stated, Mark is a born negotiator; he has the appropriate mix of patience and the knowledge of when to push a settlement.
