Represented me in custody hearing It has been quite awhile since Marianne gabel represented me in a child custody hearing. Approximately 23 yrs ago to be exact. But I could not have asked for a better attorney. I was awarded full custody of my son thanks in no small part to her representation. I'm trying to think of a nice way to say this, but she tore my ex a new one. Not only did I get full custody but my son's mother ended up with supervised visitation for two hours every other Saturday and a child support order for her trouble. and later on when I decided to split custody with her, Mrs. Gabel drew up a shared parenting agreement that other attorneys have told me was a extremely comprehensive and well thought out agreement. In fact one attorney even asked if they could use it as a template for their own shared custody agreements.
