KREISHER is a Partner with Kreisher Marshall & Associates, LLC in Bloomsburg, where she practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning and administration, guardianship, special needs planning and estate litigation. She earned her B.A. from Penn State University in 1993 and graduated cum laude from Widener Law School in Harrisburg in 1996. Following law school, Attorney Kreisher worked in the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office for eight years as a deputy attorney general handling criminal appeals, grand jury investigations and criminal prosecutions. Attorney Kreisher is a certified elder law attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation. She is a member of the as the Pennsylvania Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and serves on the Council of the Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Ms. Kreisher has served as an adjunct professor at Central Penn College, is Past-President of the Bloomsburg Kiwanis Club and is a Director on the Bloomsburg Area School Board and Columbia-Montour Area Vocational Technical School.
