Attorney's past litigation experience also encompasses cases involving property issues, government tort claims, civil rights law, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims. Attorney also assists employers by performing pre-litigation negotiations, counseling, and investigations into workplace complaints of illegal conduct.
