Margaret Tritch
Striving to help clients protect their families and their future.
This year (2024) marks my 30th year of experience in the legal field. After law school, at Pepperdine University, I moved to London to attend the London School of Economics. After graduating with my LLM. I worked in international business and finance for almost a decade, structuring corporate finance transactions, equity offerings, debt, focusing on contract and securities law issues.
After returning to the States and working in an investment company for 12 years, I wanted to return to the full-time practice of law and started my own firm in 2015. I try to utilize my background in business and structuring to assist individuals and companies in planning their future, which most often takes the form of estate/succession planning, business sales/acquisition/investments, and probate and trust administration.
Credentials:
I was admitted to the California Bar in 1994, the Rolls of Solicitors in England and Wales in 1998 and to the Arizona Bar in 2015. I also hold an active Arizona Real Estate license since 1988. I received my Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University- Magna Cum Laude, a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University and a Master’s in International Business Law (LLM) from The London School of Economics & Political Science.
