Since WorldCom had made a motion for sale approval while it was still in chapter 11, MCI had to get the Court’s approval for this sale. This representation involved multiple WGM practice groups. In the end, the court, ruled in favor of the sale. more

Obtained a trial victory on a contested confirmation of a plan of reorganization in Bankruptcy Court in Reno, Nevada. The trial focused primarily on novel and complex valuation issues. Ultimately, the victory was affirmed by the Ninth Circuit. more
