High standards of professionalism I want to share my honest opinion about this firm. The past three months have been incredibly challenging after OKX unilaterally blocked my funds due to a suspicious transaction while sending BTC to my personal account. Despite having completed my KYC with full level verification, they claimed my account was flagged for potential money laundering and refused to provide further information. Despite lodging several complaints with financial authorities, which unfortunately yielded little success and felt like a total waste of time, I had no choice but to seek legal assistance.
