M. Matthew Abbasi

Mr. Abbasi was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and grew up in the Midwest and in California. Mr. Abbasi attended California State University Northridge, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in History in 1998. Mr. Abbasi also attended Loyola Law School and earned a Juris Doctor Degree in 2001. Mr. Abbasi was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2001 and is also a Member of the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California. Mr. Abbasi has tried, arbitrated and mediated numerous matters in various fields of the law. Mr. Abbasi's areas of specialization include business litigation, bankruptcy, construction, products liability, insurance litigation and hazardous substance litigation. Mr. Abbasi is also well versed in drafting of construction/business agreements, analysis of contractual/insurance policies and drafting/negotiating real estate transactions documents. Lastly, Mr. Abbasi provides business formation advise and is corporate counsel for various companies.
