Mr. Liang "Mason" Mei's practice specialties include cross-border litigation, international merger & acquisition, immigration and corporate compliance including export control in the U.S. He earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) and LL.M. degree and has practiced law in the U.S.and China for more than twenty years.
