Do Not Use This Lawyer This lawyer failed to resolve my case as I had hoped. I feel like I wasted time and money. He forget important details, and had a poor legal strategy. He was sending me hours and stated he was only charging us a portion of that. i became concerned that he was "dragging out" our small claims case. When I wanted more of an account of what he did, he didn't comply. Our case was dismissed and he charged me more than what I was being sued for. That may not be all that unusual, but as a friend of the family, he said that he would not charge us "that much" as he felt bad that this was happening and not to worry.
