- Activities: Mr. Silverman has been appointed by the Chief Justice of the United States to membership in the Anglo-American Exchange. He is the Special Master of the Appellate Division and is the Chair of the Supreme Court Historical Society, having served as President for eleven years. Mr. Silverman has served as President of the American College of Trial Lawyers and President of the Legal Aid Society.
